How I got into concrete and why I explain it
I spent every summer through school on concrete crews. I hauled, set forms and finished until I could run a pour myself. I started this business here in Pembroke Pines in 2023. Most of our calls come from homeowners planning a driveway, patio or slab who want to understand what they're paying for, and I'd rather spend extra time explaining at the estimate than leave you guessing.
Concrete here has its own habits. Summer heat can dry the top of a slab before it's finished, so we keep pours out of the midday sun. Heavy rain sits longest in the low-lying neighborhoods, so I check where your water runs before we set a form. The part you won't see is the subgrade, the packed ground the slab sits on. It's the last thing I'd cut from a budget, because it decides whether your slab settles and cracks. There's more about the driveways, patios and slabs we pour on our home page.

What working with us is like
You'll understand the job before we pour
At the estimate I walk your job with you and explain each step in plain words, like why we cut control joints, shallow grooves that give the slab a place to crack where you won't mind it. A homeowner who knows the reasons makes better choices and isn't surprised later.
The person you talked to is on site
I come out to look at your job myself, and I'm with our crew when it's built. I'm the one checking the work, so what we talked about in your driveway is what gets done.
Permits are sorted out before work starts
The city issues building permits for most construction and improvement work, so before we start we work out with you what your job needs and who's handling it. When you need a permit, we take care of the application and the city's paperwork as part of the job, and if it's unclear we check with the city's Building Department first.
